Are you a hard working, caring and compassionate person with kennel experience available to start right away?
We are looking for new member to join our kennel team.
You must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a kennel and cattery environment, and preferred but not essential some retail experience to enable you to be confident and professional speaking to the public to help our dogs and cats find their forever homes
We work hard to deliver the highest standards of animal care, so you must have a good understanding of the welfare requirements, along with the ability to achieve them.
As a member of the team some of your responsibly would be:
- Providing food, water and bedding to the animals
- Cleaning duties within the animal rooms and outside facility
- Confidently handling the animals for various reasons
- Recording routine data and completing daily paper work
- Walking the dogs and provide enrichment
- Guiding our visitors around our facilities and helping match people with a dog that best suits them.
