QG Media is an international provider of cutting-edge B2B physical and virtual conferences and digital content for technology and business leaders in cyber security. We host events across 5 continents and have a client base that includes some of the world's most recognisable companies (Google, IBM, Oracle, HSBC, Amazon, Shell & many more).
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, modern PA with a strong can-do attitude to join our team. The focus of the role is to support the 2 directors of the business and the office with administrative duties to ensure a smooth operation.
What is important is not just the ability to organise, but the desire to show creative initiative to engage, build and strengthen relationships with suppliers and clients globally. We are looking for a confident and organised team player with a willingness to learn.
We will provide an onboarding program to develop the right individual into a successful, multi-faceted individual that will thrive in a high-paced, fun, & entrepreneurial environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
Making travel and hotel arrangements
Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients
Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
