Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to join our team as an administrative support staff member. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various departmental functions, including database maintenance, course preparation and evaluation, and candidate administration. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, communicating with candidates and colleagues, and ensuring GDPR compliance.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing administrative processes and reception or customer facing work. It is essential that the post-holder holds a level 3 qualification ( for example BTEC ND, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent ) and/or significant work experience. It is desirable that the post-holder has experience with university administration systems.
This post is fixed term until 31st July 2025 in the first instance.
