We're looking for Outsourcing and Operations Manager to join our team in United Kingdom (Nationwide / remote). If you're looking for a challenging projects with high autonomy and ownership this offer is for you!

As Manager of Outsourcing and Operations Manager in a rapidly growing financial payment institution your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading the delivery and execution of ZEN-UK's strategy whilst maintaining and driving operational results within the company by overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions
• Evaluate current practices, processes and systems, highlighting performance and improvement opportunities and implementing solutions for achieving these.
• Working closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies in order to foster growth, profitably, productivity and efficiency within the company.
• Assist new proposed outsourcing arrangements and completed risk assessment and risk mitigation activities performed
• Responsible for preparing the Risk Assessment, proposing Key Performance Indicators and conducting Service Review Meetings
• Ensure the respective contract owners are monitoring, reviewing and mitigating risks associated with third parties in accordance with the Outsourcing Policy
• Ensure that all third-party relationships are captured in a centralized inventory in a timely manner
• Support the development and implementation of local Outsourcing Policies and Procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements
• Preparing reports on a weekly and monthly basis relating to overall status of the company’s operations & outsourcing and whether objectives are being met.
• Being familiar with FCA activities such as The Consumer Duty and Operational Resilience requirements
• Be able to assess the company’s operational resilience capabilities against the FCA’s Operational Resilience Framework and setting up a clear deliverables for closing any gaps.

Requirements:

• You should have proven experience track record working in a similar role for at least 5+ years and have in depth understanding of the payments industry and related operating nd Outsourcing topics.
• Experience in a regulated FinTech institution
• Proven track record in managing and implementing efficient and resilience operations within a FinTech environment
• Proven experience of working with outsourced service providers and the ability to manage and own risks
• Solution driven attitude and willingness to work in a small team to achieve business objectives
• Highly analytical; excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience managing small team
