We are looking to grow our Customer Service Team with positions commencing 9th October.

40 hours per week, shift pattern detailed below - £25,979.20

What You’ll Be Doing

Helping and delighting our customers with your engaging, empathetic and amazing customer service skills; you’ll provide exceptional telephone support in a challenging, busy, and rewarding financial services team for our client who is a global leader in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Need

Full Availability Monday-Friday 9-6 between 9th October and 4th November for training.

Previous experience in a busy, customer focused dynamic role, you are comfortable navigating multiple systems, handling varied queries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

With a genuine enjoyment for talking and helping people you are passionate about providing consistent positive outcomes and interactions to everyone who has the pleasure of speaking to you!

Dealing with a diverse client base you will be capable of responding to and assisting with financial queries and requests, able to identify and competently act on constructive feedback and, where needed, sensitively facilitate concerns and complaints while adhering to strict guidelines and procedures.

Whilst knowledge of the Financial Services Sector would be an advantage it is not essential as we are willing to significantly invest in training and developing the right candidates, however, you must have an appetite and commitment to learn, excellent attention to detail and ideally be looking for a career, not just your next job.

Key Criteria

  • Financial Checks will be undertaken on all successful candidates and any CCJ’s or IVA’s must be declared at interview stage and proof that a payment plan is in place will be required to proceed.
  • You will be required to provide specific documentation in a timely manner to satisfy UK Remote Right To Work checks prior to joining.
  • Full attendance is required in the first 4 weeks of training to ensure you are set up for success in your new role.
  • You must be based in Swansea for this role.
  • 40 hour week will be shifts Monday-Friday of 9-6, 10-7, 11-8 with 1 Saturday Morning every 4 weeks
