At 135 metres the world-famous lastminute.com London Eye is the UK’s most popular paid for visitor attraction, and we’ve got our Eye out for front line Customer Service Assistants to join our dedicated team in delivering the most moving experience in London!
We have a number of Customer Service Assistant contracts available, offering flexible hours both on a temporary and permanent basis. Whatever contract you are looking for we will need you to be available during the busy holiday periods, as well as most weekends throughout the year. All we ask if that you are flexible in terms of hours worked as shifts will include evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
What we are looking for
- Lots of experience working in a customer facing environment
- Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour
- Excellent communicator who loves to interact with people of all ages
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- To be available to work weekends and bank holidays
Please note that due to the health and safety aspect of these roles all applicants need to be aged 18 or over.
First and foremost, these are guest facing roles to support and engage with customers, offering an outstanding experience to each visitor via excellent customer service. Depending on the department you could find yourself working on the tills, checking tickets, selling goodies at our various retail outlets, or even helping people on and off the London Eye.
Whatever the role, you will find yourself helping customers as they make their way throughout the attraction. The London Eye gets extremely lively, so you’ll do this through high levels of interaction and a great sense of fun.
