BA Euroflyer is a newly formed subsidiary of British Airways operating the flying of all European routes from London Gatwick. We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Consultant on a fixed term basis for 12-months. This standalone role will work with the business leaders and the people team in achieving resourcing objectives. Reporting to the Head of People, the role will drive results and impact the bottom-line by providing insight, creativity and innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to fill those assigned positions.
The role is strategic and hands-on and is responsible for the candidate journey all the way from attraction to onboarding. The remit will cover all aspects of recruitment for BA Euroflyer.
The role-holder will be skilled in volume & technical hire, stakeholder management, assessment & interviews, demand planning, data analysis, employer branding and diversity & inclusion. You will be a self-starter, solutions focused, problem solver and results driven and ideally someone that has worked in a challenging, complex, high pressured and fast paced environment.
