Vision Executives are experts in International Eyecare Recruitment, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our fast-growing recruitment company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in contributing to business growth by working closely with the team and using your marketing skills to help develop Vision Executives as the ‘go to’ brand in eyecare recruitment.
You will be responsible for:
- Marketing: Responsible for management of our new website and social media marketing such as via LinkedIn (over 10k following), as well as, content creation, marketing material creation via Canva and working closely with our marketing agency.
- Job Advertising: Responsible for marketing our vacancies to candidates by creating engaging job adverts and candidate briefing packs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilising our specialist recruitment software to identify high potential candidates for our team to headhunt
- CV Writing Service: Spearhead our new CV writing service both in terms of contacting candidates to offer the service (warm leads), marketing it and writing/formatting CV’s.
- Sales Support: Help the business development team in lead generation by identifying potential clients, prepare sales pitches, reports, forecasts, and documents for board meetings.
- Admin Support: Support with coordinating interviews, chasing invoices, updating databases, data analysis & management of new CRM system,
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in marketing and/or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and creative skills for developing content
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in person and via phone and email (Outlook) with great written communication for creating content.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
- Trustworthy and reliable for working on confidential tasks
What we offer:
- Basic salary £21,000 - £22,000 (National Living Wage for a 40 hour week)
