The ideal Senior Data Analyst will be a:

Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements for data solutions
- Help develop data solutions using various analytics tools and technologies
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making
- Support more senior analysts on projects with a broad multidisciplinary or technical scope
- May be primary owner on small, targeted projects or tasks
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards
- Help run and support business applications
- Support team initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as needed
Position Requirements:
- Expert at sourcing, querying, and manipulating data in SQL environments
- Accomplished at visualizing data to build operational and executive dashboards
- Intermediate MS Excel skills including pivot tables, data connections and PowerQuery
- Understands the principles of business requirements, data visualization and KPI development
- Highly curious, detail oriented, and analytical, with a proven ability to learn quickly
- Customer-focused, team-oriented, and motivated, taking ownership of assignments
- Have proven ability to self-manage, as well as manage interdisciplinary relationships in a matrixed environment
- Superior verbal and written communication and troubleshooting skills
Required Experience/Education/Skills:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; equivalent work experience will be considered
- Experience with any of the following is a plus: JIRA, Snowflake, Python, SharePoint, SSRS
- Proficiency with SQL scripting and databases
- Demonstrated data profiling ability
- Project management experience
