HR Assistant / HR Coordinator- Media / Music Industry - Central London / Hybrid Working - up to £35k + great benefits
We’re on the hunt for an exceptional HR Assistant / HR Coordinator, with good knowledge and experience of HR Systems (ideally Workday) and experience of the whole employee lifecycle administration processes, to join an incredible client in the media / music industry supporting the UK HR Business Partner.
Your previous experience in a HR Assistant role will ensure you are able to provide generalist HR support to the HRBP and wider team to deliver the HR team vision.

Key responsibilities as the HR Assistant / HR Coordinator will include:
- Recruitment support - acting as first point of contact for applicants’ recruitment enquiries and providing support to recruiting managers
- Manage and maintain the employee database
- Employee Lifecycle Support including managing all on-boarding, off-boarding, transfer requests and promotions; track, drive and oversee the joiner and leaver processes; undertake background checks on new starters and maintain HR files for employees
- HRIS / Payroll administration - supply all necessary information / paperwork to Payroll, running reports and checking and reviewing data
- Hold new joiner catch ups with employees in their first few weeks, gather insights on the experience and drive engagement with on-boarding activities
- Manage probation process
- Holding exit interviews, logging responses and carrying out analysis
- Undertaking research, data and analytics as needed
- General HR administration
- HR project assignments

What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrable HR experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
- CIPD qualification or similar HR certification is desired
- Strong understanding of HR admin processes throughout Employee Lifecycle, general HR and payroll
- Workday knowledge/experience is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of employment law and employee relations
- Experience in HR Shared Services would be beneficial
- Highly organised, proactive and professional
- IT literate including MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
