Job description
Zenith People are looking to recruit an Outbound Sales Executive to work at its client site in South Tyneside. The role is to potentialise, prioritise and proactively maximise all sales opportunities from outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
· Working on new business campaigns including prospect to customer conversion and new customer follow up campaigns
· Meet or exceed agreed KPI targets on call statistics, commercial activity and customer conversion on all new business campaigns.
· Work to achieve pre-agreed sales and growth targets.
· Drive new business opportunities through utilising effective questioning and listening techniques to understand the customers industry sector, application requirements, ensuring cross selling and up selling takes place
· Develop effective working relationships with other team members, internal departments and sister companies
· Maintain accurate customer records and sales development activities. Also, to participate in regular housekeeping as required
· Participate in team briefings and communicate with team leader and other team members to address issues and develop a wider range of skills
· Participate enthusiastically in specific projects and team activities as required such as Product of the month and monthly sales promotions
· Fully understand the product range
· Attend training sessions and participate in both our development programme and on-line training portal to develop knowledge, sales techniques and skills
Responsibilities & Position Goals
· Lead generation” to BD team
· Work closely with the Marketing department for campaign generation.
· Give remarkable service always, managing customer expectations by liaising with other departments/service providers to deliver on promises
· Liaise closely with both the Range Development department and Product managers to develop new products and range expansion ideas
· Operate within set guidelines and procedures relating to all aspects of customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
