The Operations Support Supervisor helps people with sight loss to live the life they choose by creating and maintaining a professional and pleasant work environment for our front-line staff and service users. Ensuring that anyone engaging with the local office whether in person or through virtual means will experience high standards of customer service and efficient professional support.

This is a regional role working 35 hours per week, worked 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are looking for you to attend the Leeds office at least 2 days per week, the remainder of your week may be spent working from home.

Candidate profile
To be able to fulfil this role, the skills and experience we are looking for in a potential candidate include;
Essential
Educated to post-secondary level with a minimum of 3 GCSE passes including Maths & English at grade C (or equivalent) (QCF level 2 / SQCF level 5)- Excellent verbal, written, and reading skills required for communications. Good level of mathematics required for financial data processing.
- Involvement in leading or supporting projects to successful conclusion.
- Extensive experience in a supervisory role.
- A comprehensive knowledge of GDPR regulations.
- Positive, team player, who is a self-starter and uses initiative to complete tasks.
- Able to work effectively and flexibly under pressure.
- Supervision of others – in either a coaching or developing capacity.
- Self-motivated.
Desirable
Project Management qualification- Management qualification
- Knowledge of Salesforce or CARE database.
- Previous experience of 3rd party sector management.
