We have an exciting opportunity for multiple Outbound Customer Service Handler's to join our team working remotely, on a full-time 6 month tempoary position.

About the Outbound Customer Service Handler role:
The Outbound Customer Service Handler and the team are focused on sales and customer engagement within our King’s Interhigh School. It is multi-channel as customers can contact us via multiple different mediums.
Prospective customers looking to broaden their understanding of Online Learning/joining Kings InterHigh can book in calls with the team or send contact forms via the website for written communication.
The objective is to be able to convert a high percentage of customers into the school through the multiple channels providing them with all the information they need to make an informed decision about their children’s education.
Key responsibilities of our Outbound Customer Service Handler:
- Being the first point of contact for new customers
- Being responsible for assisting prospective customers with their queries until they register for the school
- Covering multiple channels for lead generation and conversion
- Actively participating in Open Events and other lead generating activities
- Keeping up to date with Education developments within the company, to ensure the most accurate information is shared with prospective parents
What we are looking for in our Outbound Customer Service Handler:
- Ideally qualified up to degree level.
- Specific administration qualifications would be an advantage
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly computer literate with strong system skills
- Excellent Customer Service and sales skills
- Ability to work as a team and individually
- Ability to manage your own workload effectively
- Capable of working effectively in dynamic and changing environments
- Experience of working in a customer service/sales environment
- Knowledge of the education sector would be an advantage
- A flexible, highly energetic approach and the ability to thrive in a business with a fast changing, collaborative, delivery culture
- Considerable interpersonal skills with the ability to form good relationships
- The ability to work independently where necessary but in a collaborative team environment where appropriate
