Your role
- support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- be point of contact for clients with account queries, stock orders, payments, etc.
- assist due diligence and monitoring account activities
- make sure that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed
- carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
- keep in contact with internal and external clients

Your expertise
- financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team (1-2 years’ experience)
- experience dealing with private clients and supporting client advisors
- high attention to detail, even when under pressure.
- team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities.
- adaptability to changing demands.
- strong computer skills and the willingness to learn new programs
- additional languages (Russian) preferred, but not essential
