Job description
Gee Hair is a growing hair extension brand known for its high quality products. We are seeking a talented and results-driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid and organic traffic campaigns, monitoring analytics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis and insights, conversion optimisation, customer feedback and support, A/B testing and experimentation, handling graphic design for ads/campaigns, and content marketing visuals. Additionally, you will collaborate with influencers, run email marketing campaigns, and contribute to our blog.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is often preferred. However, relevant work experience and proven track record may be considered in place of a degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant eCommerce growth experience, with a demonstrated track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge and experience in running PPC campaigns, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and implementing SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other analytical tools to analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong graphic design skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually appealing ad creatives and marketing visuals.
- Knowledge of hair extensions is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- A strong sense of creativity and innovation to develop unique and effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- A willingness to adapt to evolving industry trends and stay updated with the latest marketing techniques and best practices.
