Job description
Gem Creatives is seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our Design & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and designing marketing materials such as Business Cards, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and other promotional materials. You will also assist the marketing team in executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, social media graphics, website banners, and other promotional materials
- Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Assist in running ad campaigns on Google, Meta and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the brand's visual identity and guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing
- Book appointments and manage the director’s schedule.
- Respond back to clients in a timely manner.
- Connect with vendors and make sure deadlines are being kept.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in graphic design, marketing, or related field
- 1 years of experience in graphic design and/or marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong understanding of branding, visual design principles, and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
