Reporting to the Head of Proposition within the Help Me Borrow Value Stream, in your role as a Senior Customer Value Manager we’re looking for you to lead and inspire cross functional teams to drive development of our customer lending propositions. From discovery to delivery, you’ll consider customer, commercial, operational and risk aspects.
You will have
- Financial services background with unsecured lending experience (credit cards and/or loans)
- Proposition development experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong stakeholder management skills
The Role
- Customer and Market Analysis: Identify opportunities to better serve Tesco customers’ borrowing needs with both new and existing propositions. Proactively staying abreast of current and future customer and market conditions and trends.
- Proposition development: Lead initiatives through the proposition development process from discovery, to development, prototyping and delivery.
- Business cases: Develop lean business cases for new initiatives, sizing expected benefits and costs to deliver.
- Leadership: Define strategy and activities required to achieve desired business outcomes (OKRs) and ensure that backlogs and roadmaps to drive improvements are prioritised accordingly. Provide direction to cross functional agile teams.
