OOH Weekend Veterinary Surgeon – Northampton Hospital
Do you want to work in a brand new, state of the art small animal hospital?
Would you like to dip your toes into ECC work on an occasional basis? Or simply pick up the odd shift when it suits you?
If so, we are looking for vets for OOH weekend shifts, and we are open to flexible or occasional cover patterns. We have vacancies on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, approximately twice a month.
Our new hospital has three theatres, a large colleague area, a quiet room, four wards with CASCO heated kennels, 10 consulting rooms, bedrooms for OOH colleagues, and is a fabulous environment to work in.
We are striving to be as green as possible – Humphrey ADE circuits throughout, low flow taps and a state of the art client communication system.

- Shifts 6.45pm – 8.15am, working with RVN and VCA on site
- Covering OOH for 10 vets4pets clinics
- Average 6 in patients per shift
- 70% dogs, 30% cats and the odd rabbit/ small furry
