About the Job
You will be responsible for collecting vehicles from customers and bringing them to site for the repair work to be carried out, and delivering vehicles back to customers, whilst providing a high level of customer service.
It is essential that you follow legal requirements as set out in the Road Traffic Act and that you are flexible as you will be required to cover other sites' annual leave and sickness absence. You will have experience in a driving role, as a vehicle recovery driver would be beneficial but not essential.
As an experienced Vehicle Valetor you will be responsible for ensuring the vehicles are cleaned inside and out to the industry standard prior to them been returned to the customer. You will also, as and when required, complete mini and full valets.
About You

  • You will have experience in vehicle valeting and polishing.
  • You must be able to plan your workload effectively.
  • Work skillfully and safely under pressure.
  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Be flexible in your approach.
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • You will ensure that all task s carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
  • Valid Driving Licence (ideally clean) and be over the age of 25 due to insurance reasons.
