Here at Business insurance solutions Ltd, we trade as VanCompare Direct, VanLine Direct and Business Compare.
Our business has gone from strength to strength and is now a well known household name within the commercial vehicle market.
We are now looking to further expand our Technical Broking Sales Team. This Team deals with complex motor insurance risks as well as standard ones. We are looking for people with a good, solid work ethic. We are looking for hungry sales people who are target driven and money motivated.
All training is to be conducted onsite in the Guildford office which will also be your permanent place of work. We occupy a newly furnished, tech heavy office which is conveniently located opposite Guildford Train Station. (No free parking at the office)
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Arranging quotes for customers
- Issuance of insurance contracts
- Managing your own pipeline of business
- Hitting sales targets and KPI's
- Maintaining your CPD for compliance purposes
Hours
Early shift - 08:30am - 16:50pm
Middle shift - 10:00am - 18:20am
Late shift - 12:45pm - 9pm
Weekends - You will be required to work 1 Saturday & 1 Sunday each month (9am -5pm)
up to £30000 Basic Salary DOE, Large Monthly Bonuses & Incentives with a realistic OTE of up to £80,000.00 P/A.
