Out of Hours Customer Service Representative
We are seeking to recruit a part-time customer service representative to share responsibilities for out of hours call handling and work scheduling.
This is a remote working role and you will be based at your home. You will be responsible for receiving and handling incoming telephone calls from customers and technicians, monitoring a shared email inbox and scheduling work for on-call technicians, overnight and at weekends.
This is a shared role so you will not be expected to cover every night and weekend. If regular weekdays are preferred to fit in with other commitments, this can be arranged.
Roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Out of hours call handling
Verbal interaction with customers and technicians
Scheduling retail and commercial jobs
Updating commercial clients with job completion notices
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week
Salary: £25.00-£80.00 per day
