The role.
We're looking for a new Junior Creative to join our multi-talented Creative team. Firstly, you'll love social media, and you'll know exactly the type of content that connects with our Gen-Z audiences. A natural on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, you'll be on top of new trends, creators and formats, and you'll be excited to share your interests and discoveries with the team.
A storyteller, you'll know what makes a great piece of social content, and you'll be able to sell us your ideas. Ideally, you'll be a great copywriter, as well as visual creator, able to turn your hand to post copy, community management posts, presentation decks and lo-fi assets created on a phone. You may have worked in the industry before, or perhaps you're looking for your first professional role. Either way you'll be able to demonstrate your social media talent. If you've got agency experience, great. If not, we won't hold it against you. It's talent we're after.
You probably have a love of streaming platforms and entertainment, or maybe you're passionate about music or design or fashion or sport or some niche social community we've never heard of. Maybe you're really into crisps or breakfast cereal. Whatever it is, if you can translate your passion into social content, and bring your enthusiasm to the job, taking your work seriously, but not yourself... then maybe you're a That Lotter.
Your responsibilities.
- Interacting with social audiences through community management posts, writing social copy and suggesting reactive posts to help build on and off-handle communities.
- Pitching exciting content and new format ideas for clients, writing post copy and pulling together proposed content decks.

Some specific skills you'll need.
- The ability to conceive strong platform-specific social-first ideas. An awareness of the role of strategic insights and the role of paid and organic strategies.
- Ability to work on pitches to our existing clients or account managers, feed into brainstorms, develop presentation decks and able to present client-facing work both in person and with written examples.
- Able to execute small project-based tasks based on a brief. Ability to turn creative concepts into briefs and give constructive feedback to designers and editors. An awareness of basic design and video principles. The ability to work with all departments to ensure work is produced and delivered to the highest standard with supervision.
- A demonstratable passion for social media. A strong awareness of different platforms, audiences and platform requirements.
