Sand In Your Eye have an exciting opportunity to join their Sales and Creative team.
Sales and Creative
Part time 22.5 hrs per week
Meets real living wage (from £11 p/h dependant on experience)
Event days available in addition to standard weekly hours.
The ideal candidate will have strong 2D design/illustration skills alongside being a confident and enthusiastic communicator. Working alongside others, you will be the first creative point of contact for sales enquiries. You will be confident talking to clients about what we can offer to suit their needs. As well as collaborating on creative ideas for projects, you will have the opportunity to be involved in 2D design work and planning of our events. As we are a small business we seek adaptable employees who are able to work on events.
Sand In Your Eye was recently awarded the sustainable business award by South Pennine Parks and we strive to be environmentally focussed. We make incredible large-scale sculptures in sand, ice and pumpkins and ginormous land art projects on beaches and fields.

Experience should include:
Proficient at Microsoft Word and Excel - Proficient at Photoshop and ideally illustrator - Confident and enthusiastic communicator - Creative thinker - Highly organised - Calm and able to manage pressure - Ability to multi-task - Positive manner - Flexible and adaptable - Reliable and trustworthy - Able to work more hours if required - B2B sales experience desirable but training will be given.
