Job description
Answering to our General Manager, this role will support all clients returning products for testing, refund or repair.
This role is based at our offices in Romford. The role may require ad hoc Saturdays, but will for the most part be Monday-Friday
There will be crossover in other areas such as repairs, logistics and customer service
The successful candidate will have:
Good Telephone Manner
A willingness to take on additional duties/aid with larger projects
Logistics or previous returns experience a plus but not obligatory
Self Starter - able to work alone, or as part of larger team.

Salary: £19,760.00 per year
