Service Administrator Part Time – 25 hours per week

Our Peugeot dealership has opportunity for a part time Service Administrator to join us to work within our busy and successful Service Department.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Administrator will work as a full member of the dealership team ensuring that all customer contacts are the best and most effective that they can be. This could be over the phone, via email or in person.
The Service Administrator will maintain the customer database, ensure accurate and timely submission of all warranty repairs, ensure any customer queries or complaints are managed or escalated appropriately and complete general administration tasks.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic person committed to helping the Service Department achieve their targets whilst providing exceptional customer service. They will need good communication, organisational and administration skills coupled with a good eye for detail. A previous background in a customer service role would be advantageous.

This is a part time role offered on a 25 hour week, Monday to Friday basis. The post holder will also work Saturdays on a rota basis (normally 1 in 3) which will be paid as overtime at basic rate.
