My client has an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Multi Track Fee Earner to join their team in Slough, but on a remote basis. You will largely be dealing with Claimant Multi-Track RTA cases but experience in EL and PL would be welcomed.
My client has a strong local reputation, their staff are trained to the highest of standards and they offer exceptional customer service. They are looking for someone who can demonstrate fantastic litigation skills who is motivated to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
As a Personal Injury Multi Track Fee Earner, you will manage your own caseload of litigated matters, largely acting on behalf of Unions. The matters will include personal injury, acting for claimants in Multi Track matters in RTA and ELPL. You will support Portal Caseworkers and judge liability cases and have a deciding factors whether the litigation is appropriate. You will have an understanding of medical issues and how to investigate these as well as having an understanding of financial management of files.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced litigator with a background in handling muti track matters, have excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work.
You will have a two-week settling in period where you will be required to attend the office before the option of complete remote working.
