To support this, we have been creating a brand new team of Delivery Managers who lead high impact, high value change projects into and alongside a busy Claims Operation. We want people to join us that have experience and passion for delivering brilliant, people-centred change.
This role can be based locally to any of our offices (Leicester, London or Bexhill) with a hybrid approach to working. However, for the right person, we are also able to offer this role as a permanent homeworking opportunity.

What will you be doing?
- Taking on a portfolio of change projects – translating great ideas into credible plans that benefit customers, colleagues and our company
- Working creatively to solve challenges in partnership with front line colleagues, claims specialists and the wider claims team
- Championing a whole systems thinking approach considering processes across the entire claims journey
- Defining robust plans to implement each change, ensuring each project has clear outcomes, timelines and can be embedded whilst managing the day to day claims operation
- Coordinating change across several areas including IT systems, processes and customer communications
- Managing the budget for each project
- Coaching, mentoring and motivating our Delivery Executives
- Acting as a change gatekeep for specific claims process – ensuring we’re delivering the right change at the right time
- Providing program level status reporting for all project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
What are we looking for?
As one of our Delivery Managers, this role is critical to our delivery and success. It will be exciting, busy, varied and challenging so a roll your sleeves up, hands on approach is a must! We’re looking for someone with a tenacious approach to getting things done.
- Proven background and experience of delivering multiple projects successfully, including change across operational areas, IT and general processes
- A genuine passion for making things better for frontline colleagues and customers
- Has a strong knowledge of operational and risk management principles and practices
- Knowledge of claims is a bonus – but not essential
