The Role
We are looking for a Store Manager for our Cambridge branch, a dedicated individual who will be the key figure for overall store operations. You will not only be passionate about inspiring and engaging the team, but also be able to demonstrate brand values and exceptional work ethic.

Day-to-day activities include:
- Building, managing, and providing support to your team, including recruitment, development, training, engagement of the team and other people management tasks.
- Controlling stocking and placing orders through internal system, ensuring stock accuracy.
- Working with the team to deliver excellent customer services and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meeting operational targets and maximising sale.
- Optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.
- Complying with Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene, and other legal standards.
- Handling store administrative duties and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assisting basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Organising logistics and sorting deliveries which includes moving potentially heavy boxes up and down flights of stairs.
- Reporting on consumer behaviours and trends within retail industry to management.
- Developing operational strategies to raise customers’ pool and expanding store traffic.
- Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Handling customer complaints or employee grievances.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- 40 hours per week (excluding break time)
