Job description
The Online Learning College are looking for an enthusiastic new Business Administrator to help new learners get started and progress throughout their qualifications with us. The role will require strong organisational skills and the ability to speak to a variety of customers through email, over the phone and with our online chat system.
Responsibilities
Using our online platform, you would be tasked with helping new students find their perfect course and assist in their enrolments. Existing students will also be assisted throughout their course and when organising for certification to be sent out.
A full list of responsibilities includes:
- Speaking to potential new learners to find the best course for them
- Assisting existing students while on their studies
- Requesting certification from various awarding bodies for finishing learners
- Posting completed blog posts on to our website and checking all content and settings
- Clearly communicating with various customers through multiple channels
- Variety of tasks to ensure our customers are consistently happy with our service.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in an office environment is required as well as strong attention to detail with written contact. Confidence and strong communication skills are essential.
Full training provided as well as opportunities for further development.

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 pa dependent on experience

- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Huddersfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
