What you’ll be doing
Accountable for owning and delivering organisation design projects within Business as part of the BT operating model
Support senior stakeholders and HRBPs through Operating Model Transformations by facilitating current state operating model assessments, defining, and designing of target operating models and transformation roadmaps including organisational structures, ways of working, governance and decision-making, skills and capabilities.
Provide organisation design and effectiveness expertise and coaching to senior stakeholders and HR stakeholders, including interventions to address organisational, team or leadership.
Applies deep specialist knowledge to provide advice, interpretation and guidance on organisation design practices and processes
Collaborates with the business, leading specialist service provision on organisation design (through projects contracted with each HRD/People transformation directors)
What we would like to see on your CV
- Story-telling/Communication: strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and building a shared understanding of the logical options available to solve the business problems
- Management or internal consulting experience: direct experience within management or in an internal consultant role preferred but not mandatory
- HR domain experience: direct experience within HR preferred but not mandatory
- Business acumen: Knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organisational performance, including people drivers of performance and financial literacy (e.g. business KPIs, business cases)
- Excellent analytical reasoning: identify problems and develop hypotheses
