About the role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our Parts department at our Shefford Woodlands depot (just outside Hungerford). As a key member of the parts team, your role will involve providing a high level of customer service, supplying spare parts and accessories through our showroom and workshops.
The role will suit someone with Parts experience, ideally in the Agricultural or Golf & Turf industry (though other industries will be considered) or someone with a farming/agricultural back ground who is familiar with the industry, machinery and terminology.
Skills required
- A full driving license is essential
- Knowledge and understanding of the Golf & Turf/Agricultural industries is required
- Previous experienced of working within a John Deere or other machinery dealership is preferred
- Previous Parts experience is preferred
- Very strong IT skills with the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new software and systems
- Must have the ability to self-motivate and work individually, managing your own workload and also able to work as part of a team.
