Organisation Design Consultant / HR / Project Management / Reading (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Organisation Design Consultant / HR / Project Management to join a leading organisation for 6 months of contract. It will be in Reading (Hybrid).
As an Organisation Design Consultant / HR / Project Management - You will be responsible for supporting OD Programme Manager with the efficient delivery, control, planning and reporting of the OD Future Org Programme. You will be responsible for Facilitate discussions where required between cross functional teams and stakeholders to assess best options for solution delivery.
This role is inside ir35 so please bear this in mind when applying
Key skills:
- Proven organisational design experience
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Project Management experience - planning and risk management
- Experience with HR Analytical tools - Org Vue preferred
- Planning and analysis experience
