We know flexible working is important to you, and it is important to us too. The Partnership has adopted a blended working approach meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The Research & Insight team aim for around 1 day a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings but again, are flexible on this. The role could also be based at either our Bracknell or Victoria campus based on your preference.

About the role
As a Measurement & Tracking Insight Manager with a specialism in tracking experience across areas such as brand tracking, performance marketing, customer experience measurement etc, we are looking for a talented specialist to join our team.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders and provide them with actionable, predictive and forward-looking insight on complex strategic issues to confidently support or challenge business decisions and actions and deliver insight in a compelling, concise manner.
You will oversee a variety of performance tracking projects, supported by a mix of quantitative and qualitative techniques, and have an outstanding ability to triangulate multiple data sources, to provide timely insight and recommendations related to a business problem/opportunity, mission or Partner proposition.
Essential skills you’ll need
Experience in brand tracking surveys – either an in-house research team or agency side.
In-depth knowledge of quantitative research methodologies, ideally with experience designing and analysing research.
Experience in critically evaluating existing tracking programs with an eye for detail and flair for optimisation.
Experience in collation, interpretation and analysis of multiple sources of data to form measurement frameworks the business can use to set short & long-term targets and drive constant optimisation.
Highly curious & goal driven, with strong numerate, analytical and communication skills.
Demonstrable experience of framing issues, conclusions and recommendations to enable quick and sound decision making
Demonstrable experience of influencing stakeholders at executive and senior levels and in a range of business contexts, with gravitas to challenge the status quo
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in writing engaging reports and presentations
Ability to rapidly learn, self-develop and work within agile teams
