BACKGROUND - REGENCY GLASS LTD
Over three years ago, Regency Glass moved premises to a new factory. This move has changed the way that Regency operates and is now giving us the ability to grow in ways that we never thought possible.
Customer service and customer experience is something that we believe puts Regency in the ranks of some of the best glass suppliers in the country. The Sales Office are the first port of call for this and provide customers the crucial first step of their experience with Regency. The team takes pride on going that extra mile for our customers and for each other.
ROLE SUMMARY - ORDER PROCESSOR
- Entering orders onto our bespoke glass software so that glass is then ready to be optimised for production.
- Importing Electronic Orders via our bespoke glass software.
- Communicating with customers over order queries etc.
- Assisting on the day-to-day tasks that are necessary for getting work down to the shop floor for production.
- Develop an understanding of how the process works from start to finish to provide assistance in any and all areas, full training will be provided for all this.
ROLE SUMMARY - REQUIRED SKILLS
- Computer literate with standard programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- The ability/willingness to learn a bespoke glass software. (Full training will be provided.)
- Customer service skills to deal with customer phone calls.
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS - CONTRACT TYPE
- 3 Month probationary period, upon successful completion, Full Time Permanent Contract.
- Friday's, early finishes!
