Front of House Team Member Dundee, Scotland
Job description
We are looking for energetic and motivated front of house team members in our growing and expanding business.
Main duties will involve -
- Serving customers in store and over the phone through our epos systems.
- Ensuring front counter, preparation areas and customer seating area is clean and maintained to a high standard.
- Ensuring orders are handed to drivers and customers accurately.
- Good knowledge of hand hygiene and safe handling of food products.
- Preparing soft serve milkshakes, sundaes and desserts.
- Assisting kitchen team with packaging orders and other tasks.
- Maintenance and cleaning schedule for front of house equipment.
- Adherence to cleaning duties for front of house.
- Maintaining professional behaviour and appearance.
Part time and Full time positions are available. Weekend availability is mandatory.
We also have positions available for front of house staff who have access to a car, that can do deliveries whilst on shift too. training provided
