Job description
We are a farm and food production unit based in Wrangle (15 minutes from Boston). We are looking for an order picker to help build pallets and load the trailers ready for dispatch.
- Picking Orders for customers.
- Ensuring produce is correctly labelled.
- Building pallets for Customers - attention to detail required.
- Responsible for loading correctly in the evening ready for dispatch.
- Ensuring daily checks are completed correctly.
- Ensuring that production lines are kept stocked.
- Booking stock (in and out) on our computerised stock management system.
- Identifying and reporting any issues.
- Maintain safe work environment.
- Following instruction carefully and concisely.
- Working in a safe and responsible way
- Take ownership of certain responsibilities within the business and report to management (to be assigned).
The applicant must:
Be able to work at weekend.
Have a good attitude and willing to work within a team.
Must be motivated to work.
Ideally the applicant will have experience working within the food manufacturing of farming industry.
