Based in Austin, TX (Hybrid) , you will be responsible for overseeing communications and promotional programs related to our Process Systems and Solutions Lifecycle Service offerings. The suite of services encompasses the Guardian, DeltaV Upgrades, Cybersecurity, and Educational Services. Your focus will be to boost our brand's awareness, cultivate customer loyalty, manage the launch of new products, stimulate demand, and ultimately bolster our overarching business objectives.
AS A MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER, YOU WILL:
- Propose and generate innovative ideas and initiatives that drive customer growth, sales, and increase brand awareness to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive marketing strategy
- Generate creative marketing strategies to promote Lifecycle Service offerings in all media including, but not limited to advertising, public relations, social media, and digital marketing.
- Develop and execute communication programs, including managing the program scope, cost, and schedule of programs. Effectively communicates program status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), including product managers, application experts, and sales experts, to define the customer relevance and value propositions of our products and services.
- Develop messaging strategies that will resonate with prospects and customers and lead to growth of our services. Promotes market position with consistency and clarity and determines access to the target market through advertising, web content, permission marketing, and other media tactics.
- Facilitate collaboration and integration between LCS marketing campaigns and other marcomm leads to ensure a unified marketing message.
- Drive creative design and coordinate campaign deliverables with internal and external resources to support the brand.
- Work with Sales Enablement team on lead management activities resulting from marketing activities.
- Maintain awareness of competitive activities and general industry trends in positioning and communications.
- Analyze and report on impact metrics that measure program effectiveness.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive Marketing roles
- Successful building and leveraging a brand or specific product/service category demonstrating improvements or growth in market share, revenue, or profitability
- Experience in promotional programs and digital marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and evaluate business performance
- Known for making impactful contributions to the strategic direction of the company
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- MBA
- A minimum of 5 of relevant marketing automation experience
- Experience in industrials companies
- Strong experience working across different product categories and business models
- Experience translating high-level strategy into detailed action
- Experience creating and supporting marketing communications campaigns
- Hands-on, tactical experience leveraging marketing automation and customer relationship management software
