IBM are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Recruit consultant to join our expanding team.
- You will have experience of at least one end to end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, including the following phases: requirements, fit/gap analysis, solution design, SIT, UAT, training and deployment.
- Must have hands-on configuration experience in delivering the Oracle Recruit and preferably the Onboarding modules and be able to drive requirements gathering in all these areas.
- You will assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases and be responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals. Any experience in other Oracle HCM modules (e.g. Core HR) would be great. You may have had Taleo Recruit experience.

identify workarounds and solutions for business challenges. Must work closely with other
workstreams that feed into Recruitment - interfaces, reports, other modules such as Core HR,
Talent, Learn as well as data migration. Be encouraged to get involved with Practice events and
activities which help maintain a cohesive and connected team
You will work closely with clients to capture requirements, come up with design solutions, offer
expertise and provide guidance on good practices for successful delivery. You will help support our
customers through every step of their Cloud journey, so you should be customer focused with strong
documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised.
At IBM, we have a fantastic Oracle HCM Practice, where we have delivered multiple First of a Kind
implementations. You will lead the implementation for Cloud Recruitment using your in-depth
consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to ensure a successful project delivery.
This will include process design, product configuration & demo, functional design and testing from
unit testing through to UAT.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Leading at least one Recruit Cloud implementations through entire project lifecycle
- Demonstrating In-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution to achieve client expected business results: capture requirements, come up with design solutions, offer expertise and provide guidance on good practices for successful delivery.
- Very good Oracle Recruit SME knowledge
- Must hold the Oracle Recruit Cloud certification or be prepared to achieve this in the first 12 months
