Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Joining our expanding team as an Oracle Payroll Cloud Consultant, you will:

• Serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
• Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.
• Configure and test applications to check that it meets business requirements.
• Work under a continued improvement culture, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems.
• Provide the engagement manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status. Participate in training and other events that help share one's product skills with other practitioners

At IBM, we have a fantastic Oracle HCM Practice, where we have delivered multiple First of a Kind implementations. You will lead the implementation for Cloud Payroll using your in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to ensure a successful project delivery. This will include process design, product configuration & demo, functional design and testing from unit testing through to Payroll Comparison testing.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for a professional as an Oracle Payroll Consultant with experience of:

• at least two end to end Oracle Payroll Cloud projects, and of UK Payroll legislation. Any experience in other Oracle HCM Cloud modules e.g., Absence, Time and Labour, Compensation would be great. Even if you don’t have experience of other modules, you will be familiar with the dependencies on/from Payroll.
• In-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution to achieve client expected business results: capture requirements, come up with design solutions, offer expertise and provide guidance on good practices for successful delivery.
