Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in ODI
• Work on L2 and L3 incidents and report progress
• Update systems with progress on incidents
• Work with third parties to resolve incidents
• Update config management and knowledge management databases
• Support path to live release management and deployment

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Technical knowledge of Oracle middleware and end to end architecture
• Knowledge of Oracle middleware components
• SOA Cloud Service,
• Java Cloud Service (JCS),
• Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS),

Oracle Integraton Cloud (OIC),

• Managed File Transfer (MFT), and
• Understanding of programme transformation and impacting technical change and estimation
• Provide input into governance meetings TDA
• Deploying changes into production
• Stakeholder management
