At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit a First Line Support (FLS) for a 7–9-month maternity cover, June to February 2024. You will be a part of the UK and EMEA FLS team with reference to the Product Support manager. We have a busy fun environment and excel in helping each other. The role is remote, but you must be eligible to work in the UK.
Position
In the role as First Line Support, you will assist with administrative service support to EMEA and
APAC region. The tasks will vary from customer inquiries, quotations to tracking orders and arranging repairs. You will primarily be responding via mail and phone and attend casual e-meeting with peers and colleagues from CooperSurgical. You will be successful in the role by ensuring
CooperSurgical high response rate and positive customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage and assist in customer inquiries and questions
- Handle requests via email and telephone
- Arrange and track orders in CRM
- Support with ad hoc tasks related to your business area.
Your Qualifications
- Relevant experience in Business Administration, Service or Hospitality.
- 2 years of Customer Service experience via email and phone channels.
- Previously assisted with Order Management and service inquiries.
- Collaborative with a structured approach.
- Eye for detail.
- Proactive and solution focused.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, - French communication is a benefit.
