Position: Support Worker
Salary: £10.82 - £11.12 per hour*

About Your Role
Leofric Villa is a newly established service in the heart of Sandwell and is the first Consensus service in the Westmidlands.
Only a few minutes walk from all the local amenities including the main town centre but on a but located on a quiet private road just off the main street, Leofric Villa offers all of the necessities and local amenities within a close proximity of the service as well as offering a quiet homely environment.
You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out.
You’ll develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties.
You’ll provide help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.

You’ll then have an interview scheduled at the service and have your chance to go down and meet the team.
If you are successful we’ll go through an Onboarding Process obtaining a Free DBS Check and References.
You’ll then start with our 3-day online induction with our dedicted Learning & Development team prior to returning to the service to continue your growing career at Consensus.
