Job description
The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is a 4 star hotel and conference centre with 168 bedrooms and 15 conference spaces. We are Scotland’s leading residential conference venue and a member of both the Venues of Excellence and the International Association of Conference Centre. We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our team. Reporting to the Commercial & Logistics Director you will responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the Director, Hotel manager and the Hotel.
Working in a busy office environment key duties include-
- Facilitate and provide comprehensive administration service
- Co-ordinate and ensure success operation of meetings
- Attend exhibitions and networking events
- Maintain and keep under review relevant filing systems
- Lead in the administration to key organisation functions and projects
Previous experience of working in a similar Hotel environment would be advantageous for this role.
