Job description
A world leading designer and manufacturer of integrated III-V opto electronic components for 10Gbps and 40Gbps systems, require a Packaging Engineer to be responsible for the design and development of packaging design and processes. You should have a degree in physics, electronics or related and 5+ years experience with hermetic and non-hermitic packaging, analyzing product performance using physical and computer methodologies, and use of Telcordia qualification.
