Role Overview
We are part of one of the world's largest digital-first, end to end media agencies, and offer CRO & UX to some of the world's top companies. We are growing our CRO department and are looking for people to lead our CRO and UX projects.
Our clients include Specsavers, Dr Martens, Honda, Pets at Home, People’s Postcode Lottery, Jurys Inn and more.
You will be part of a close-knit team of specialists that work together to create customer focused strategies to improve our clients’ website experiences.
Please be aware that this is an early careers role and therefore no experience is required as training will be provided.
We are open to candidates in the Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle area as we have offices in each of these locations, and offer remote working.

Key Accountabilities
As a Conversion Optimisation Assistant, your focus will be:
Assist in delivering our conversion optimisation programmes, supporting the wider team
Support on the end-to-end delivery of experimentation for our clients, that will improve performance for our clients. This could be through A/B testing, a page/journey redesign, optimising the acquisition journey, site speed optimisation, or any alternatives we deem relevant.
Work with the wider team to generate ideas on how to optimise our client websites using insights from data, research and prior activity.
Learn how to use our UX tools to gather insights on client websites and their customers
Monitor live A/B tests and websites through data and sessions recordings, and communicate findings with the wider team
This is a great opportunity to collaborate with other members of the team including other Strategists, Data Analysts, UX Researchers, Designers and Developers. Sharing ideas with other experts provides the best results and enables your professional development in a way not available anywhere else.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will need to be able to work on multiple client optimisation programmes at the same time, so the following skillsets are required:
Passionate about customer behaviour, optimising online experiences or an interest in wider digital marketing activity
Knowledge of digital marketing, CRO, UX or website management,
The ability to action multiple briefs at the same time, delivering them to the required level of quality and within deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively within a team of professionals, for example strategists, designers, developers, researchers and web analysts
Good communication skills, having the confidence to share your thoughts and ideas in a clear and concise manner
Desire to continually learn and develop, either through guidance from the senior team, or making the most of the many training opportunities available at Dentsu
Nice to have:
We do not expect candidates to have experience in all things digital marketing, UX and CRO. We look for people that have relevant experience and a hunger to learn and develop. If you have experience in any of these disciplines, then this might improve your chances of recruitment:
Experience of using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Capability to analyse data and uncover insights and trends
Experience with research methodologies such as polls/surveys, remote research, moderated research, guerrilla research, customer interviews etc.
Knowledge of website management, either ecommerce trading, content creation or lead generation
Awareness of UX design principles
