" As a Project Change Lead, you will have experience in Change Delivery who has previous experience in landing change in a controller manner. You will bring a proactive problem-solving approach to ensure you effectively land a variety of change projects and improvement initiatives within the Sales Ops. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking, proactive organiser, and planner to become part of the team!" Delivery Manager

What you'll do:

Optimally initiate a project/ workstream through stakeholder identification, define the scope, complete detailed operational impact assessments as well as articulating clear success measures using appropriate artefacts
Build and lead a project plan that outlines what will be delivered when; from initiation through to implementation including, key milestones and dependencies. Providing the controls to ensure a project delivers on time and to scope with a focus on the customer and business impact
Establish project governance and own the project or workstream through the full project lifecycle with control and structure ensuring that all project related tasks are covered for successful delivery, using effective project communication and quality artefacts e.g., RAID log, collaborator matrix, RACI, weekly reports etc
Be effective in communicating to ensure all relevant stakeholders and colleagues are clear on progress against plan, priorities, decisions and risks, escalating when vital and ensuring the project remains on track to delivery encouraged results
Use problem solving and analysis skills as required in the delivery process while working closely with the team to ensure everyone is clear on the requirements and milestones that need to be achieved for a successful delivery.
Have a strong awareness of the sales operation and support teams to collaborate effectively and champion the customer to land changes or improvements that make a difference

What you'll bring:

Previously demonstrated experience of leading on the delivery of a change on time, to scope and budget and with the realisation of expected benefits
Experience in project implementation to facilitate the effective landing of operational change. A good understanding of project delivery standard methodology; experience of using both Waterfall and Agile would be beneficial
Confident in stakeholder management with effective written and verbal communication skills that can facilitate decision making and comfortable with challenging where appropriate.
Strong facilitation, organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to flex and adapt quickly to changing business priorities
