We currently have multiple vacancies for Operational Support within our Goods-In operation. These posts present a fantastic opportunity for the right individuals to progress their career within the Oscar Mayer group.
Your main responsibilities
The Operational Support role is intrinsic to the goods-in process, providing administrative and organisational support. Ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Managing bookings, stock files and day-to-day support in the Warehouse environment.
What you'll be doing
- Answering the telephone and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Liaising with suppliers, hauliers & 3PL storage companies.
- Booking-in orders delivered into 3PL warehouses and reconciling stocks daily.
- Tracking inventory and reporting results.
- Maintaining incumbent warehouse stock.
- Supporting the stock control team with responsibilities as/ when required.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
What key skills would be desirable
- Good numeracy skills.
- Computer literate (MS office, data input).
- Great communication skills.
- Organised and methodical.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Previous stock control experience would be beneficial.

4 on 4 off shift pattern
Yearly salary £26,300.00 - 28,500.00 (includes night shift allowance if applicable)
