We have an exciting opportunity for Operations Support Managers to join our team in Westhill, Aberdeenshire in the Energy Sector of Compass Group. We are looking for ambitious individuals who are looking to progress and develop in their careers within catering and soft services operations. This is a newly created role and one for which a career development pathway will be supported for the individuals to progress into a more senior role along with support with obtaining offshore survival certification.
More about the role:What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Supporting the operational day to day delivery of services i.e. stock management, note-taking, uniform, general administration, personnel logistics, M&E requirements etc
- Supporting the mobilisation & demobilisation of units
- Supporting the delivery of the monthly review & amend processes & procedures
- Supporting the recruitment, induction and training processes & procedures
- Supporting client reporting requirements by producing accurate and comprehensive documentation
- Supporting and chaperoning colleagues who have been medevac’d
- Building effective relationships with customers, stakeholders and colleagues to ensure that operations run effectively

Competitive salary
40 hours per week, office based in Aberdeen
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working & offshore visits

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Previous experience working in a similar fast paced and customer focused environment
- Ability to resolve problems and present appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong PC skills with good knowledge of creating and maintaining spreadsheets
