In line with our ambitious growth plans we are now looking to recruit a Depot Administrator in Sandford North Somerset.
The role will involve general administrative duties, whilst learning new administrative and office management skills. This role is a great development opportunity for someone wanting to form a career in the industry.
We have a range of training and development courses and apprenticeships at all levels available and will work with the successful candidate to create a bespoke training programme for them.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receiving, registering, distributing and filing documents
- Meeting booking and document preparation
- Managing Permits and Booking Roadspace
- Preparation of reports and presentations etc.
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Material ordering
- Maintaining training records
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above or equivalent preferable
- Ability to communicate easily with others face to face, by phone and using email
- Prioritising and completing tasks on time
