Location: Andover, but required to travel and work from other Pure sites as required
Reports to: Operation Scheduler Team Leader
Hours: Core hours 40 hours per week
Job purpose
Reporting into the Team Leader, you will ensure that jobs are allocated to our Private Ambulance crew s in an efficient and effective manner taking into account travelling distance and productivity of those teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing our collections and deliveries across England and Wales
- Producing routes, tasks and documentation for our Private Ambulance Crew
- Ensuring that each scheduled route is optimised for efficiency and customer service.
- Acting as a first point of contact for the Private Ambulance Crew to query instructions and plan deviations
- Enter details into our CRM system of all activities planned.
- Analyse future requirements and work with our Funeral arrangers to ensure we are maximising operational efficiency.
About you
- High level of attention to detail and have the ability to problem solve.
- Ability to priorities and manage your own time .
- Excellent communicator
- IT literate and Geographically aware
- Previous scheduling experience is would be a bonus.
